Der erste Advent rückt immer näher … und die Zeit bis dahin möchte ich euch noch ein bißchen versüßen. Und zwar nochmal mit einem Rezept für – wie ich finde – sehr leckere Plätzchen.
We almost have the first sunday of advent … I want to sweeten the waiting time for you with a recipe for great tasting cookies.
MOHN-MARZIPAN-TALER (etwa 35 Stück)
Zutaten:
150g Mehl
100g Butter
50g Zucker
1 Prise Salz
1 Eigelb
200g Marzipanrohmasse
125g Mohnback
Puderzucker und Mehl zum bearbeiten
Mehl, Zucker, Butter, Salz und Eigelb verkneten – evtl. 2 EL Wasser zufügen.
In Folie gewickelt ca. 1 Stunde kühl stellen.
Marzipan und Mohnback verkneten und auf etwas Puderzucker eine etwa 40cm lange Rolle daraus formen. Das ist leider eine klebrige Angelegenheit. Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Fläche zu einem schmalen Rechteck ausrollen, die Marzipanrolle darauflegen und den Teig fest darumwickeln. Nochmal für 2 Stunden in Folie gewickelt kühl stellen. Anschließend ca. 1cm breite Scheiben schneiden und alles im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200°C etwa 15 Min backen.
